Lead Replacement Form

CABoom Leads is committed to providing you excellent lead generation. Unfortunately, we’ve had numerous agents try to “game” the system when it comes to replacements, this hurts margins which ends up affecting lead pricing.

Conditions of our Lead Replacement Policy:

*LEAD REPLACEMENTS* must be requested within 48 hours of us filling your order and we verify every lead replacement request.

  1. Leads that meet the following criteria are eligible for Lead Replacement:
    1. Disconnected phone numbers: (WE CALL EVERY LEAD TO VERIFY)
      • Wrong phone numbers are not eligible for replacement
      • UNRESPONSIVE NUMBERS i.e. VOICEMAILS, NO ANSWERS, ETC... ARE NOT ELEGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT
    2. Duplicate lead in the same order:
      • Duplicate leads that are the result of different lead orders are not eligible for Lead Replacement
    3. Out of area:
      • Any lead that is out of the target geographic territory will be replaced unless that lead is intended to be a Replacement Lead. Statewide orders are cut and dry - however, we will check local county leads to see how close they are.
  2. We must receive the request for lead replacement within 48 hours of us delivering the last lead in your order.
    1. Delivering a lead means placing the lead data onto the Google Sheet that has been shared with you

Leads that were provided as a Replacement Lead are not eligible to be replaced. We DO NOT replace replacements.
